At Ujamaa Awards, we take pride in delivering high-quality, inclusive recognition awards. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Bulk Orders Because our medals are prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or bulk orders once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casendipity.com with photos of the item. We will replace damaged items at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will make it right — fast.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
