At Ujamaa Awards, every medal is prepared with care and intention. Please review our fulfillment timeline before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders require 10–14 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. This applies to all individual and bulk orders.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is on its way.

Bulk & Institutional Orders Schools, leagues, and organizations placing bulk orders are encouraged to order at least 3–4 weeks before your award ceremony date to ensure timely delivery.
